Dr. Gina Pritchard

Nurse Practioner, Founder and Director of The Prevent Clinic

Gina Pritchard DNP is an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, specializing in Cardiovascular Disease Prevention and Treatment. She is the owner of The PREVENT Clinic with offices in New York and in Texas and is the Clinical Program Director for the BaleDoneen Method. She is one of the nation’s leading specialists in prevention of heart attack, stroke, type 2 diabetes and vascular-related dementia. The published science surrounding the BaleDoneen Method has demonstrated regression and stabilization of arterial disease. Dr. Pritchard’s Doctoral work focused on increasing global use of thorough, high quality assessment of the arterial wall, specifically the arterial intimal-media, to ensure arterial wellness. The knowledge, techniques, and treatments are now available to live life free from the #1 killers – heart attack and stroke. Dr. Pritchard’s life work is focused on bringing this life-saving education and tools to millions in order for each individual to live life uninterrupted by cardiovascular disease.


Debbie Jones

Care Coordinator

As client coordinator for The Prevent! Clinic, Debbie manages the clinical support team, care coordination, and clinical operations. Debbie graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelors of Science in Healthcare Administration and she furthered her education with an MBA. Debbie has worked in geriatrics for more than 22 years with her most recent role as GCM and office manager of a home care agency in San Diego. Debbie’s career includes geriatrics, home care, care management, hospice and pediatrics.


Melissa (Missy) White EFDA, RDH

Director of Clinical Care for The Prevent Clinic

Melissa (Missy) White is known for her sense of urgency, discipline, and detail. Missy brings 32 years of clinical experience in the dental industry and oral systemic connection. She has a passion to inspire others to be healthy in mind, body, and soul. That purpose translates into both her professional life and personal life.

Missy is a pastor’s wife. She enjoys volunteering in the children’s ministry and participating in faith-based missions. Missy’s accent originates from Nashville, Tennessee and you will experience her gift of southern hospitality and her love of people in every interaction.

Lora Hopper

Care Coordinator/ Patient Educator

Lora received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from the Ohio State University in 1995. Lora is a founding member of The American Academy for Oral Systemic Health and a Preceptor for the BaleDoneen Method. Currently, She is learning the Bredesen- ReCODE Protocol. Lora is a member of the ADHA, ODHA, and CDHA. She has served as Continuing Education Chair for the CDHA and as a liaison for the ODHA to the OSDB.

At the Prevent Clinic, Lora is one of our care coordinators. In this position, she is able to integrate her expertise in dental knowledge, managing patient care, and incorporating her passion for improving patients’ lives with implementing oral systemic care into practice. In her spare time, you can find her spending time with her children and reading oral systemic health research. One fun fact about Lora is that she was a figure skater for The Ohio State University. She is also co-owner of a business, DHE Method, that provides coaching and resources to implement oral systemic care into practice. She also co-hosts the Ask Why Podcast.

Holley McKinney

Care Coordinator

Holley graduated from Bloomsburg University of Pennslyvania in 2017 with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. In 2020, she became a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant. Currently, she is enrolled at Dallas College pursuing a degree in nursing. Holley’s previous medical experience is in Urgent Care but her passion is to help others achieve healing. Holley is excited to be working with Dr. Gina as she is learning how to implement heart attack, stroke, and dementia prevention so she can help others achieve their optimal health. 

At the Prevent Clinic, Holley is one of our Care Coordinators integrating her expertise in exercise science, managing patient care, and medical assisting skills. In her spare time, you can find her outdoors hiking, camping, and kayaking or spending time with her family. One fun fact about Holley is that she has moved between 6 states and lived in 14 houses before the age of 20 because both of her parents were in the Navy.
